.The Trek registration in any of the 3 modalities includes a forfait with: 

-An exclusive technical T-shirt of FERRINO

-An exclusive map of the zone, scales 1:30.000 of the ALPINE publishing company

-A batch of products SANTIVERI with sport feeding 

.-One UVA photo extreme protector

If you finish the trek in the chosen modality, you will obtain an exclusive BUFF from de trek. The BUFF will be different in each of the three modalities. 

RESERVING THROUGH   “CAVALLS DEL VENT” HEAD OFFICE OFFERS YOU THE FOLLOWING ADVANTAGES: 

.You don’t have to worry about anything, since we organize everything with absolute certainty, so you don’t have to call all the shelters or establishments, which means an expense. 

.With a unique advance of confirmation for all the shelters you will save expenses and bank formalities. 

.We offer a forfait that includes : 

-A map of the route

-A passing card

-A sticker of the trek

-An exclusive T-shirt that cannot be bought, since only the people who make the trek of Horses of the Wind can have it. 

.The forfait will be given  in the starting shelter, when presenting the sheet of confirmed Reservation. 

.Moreover, you have the certainty that we always know in which part of the route you are.  This is not possible if you make the trek without the registration. 

.Remember you will always be able to consult your record and  place in the classification through this web site, in the Contest section. 

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS AND CANCELATIONS

.The registration is valid for one season and it can only be acquired through the Head Office  Reservations, filling in the application form. 

.The Cavalls of the Wind Trek can only be made with a previous reservation. 

.The contracting of accommodation in the shelters will be half  board and you must contract at least one night in any category, in order to formalize the reservation. 

.To make the reservation effective it is indispensable to pay the whole inscription: 36 € and an advance of  reservation of accommodation in half board : 10 € per person and day.  Presenting the cards of the FEEC, FEDME or equivalent of UIAA, the holders will have a discount in the overnight stay. 

. Formality of  reservation expenses are 4,50 € per person.

   Once the application form is sent, you will receive a request reservation. From that moment,  you have 12 days to make the payment. If we don’t receive the deposit during these days, we will  automatically cancel the request of reservation.

.If a reservation is canceled 25 days before the beginning of the trek, the complete amount of the forfait and the advances will be returned,  not the expenses of formality

.In case you cancel the reservation within the 25 previous days of the trek, you will be returned the amount of the forfait, except the advances per person and day and the expenses of formality.

. Modifying a confirmed reservation will have an expense of formality of  3 € for person

.If you pull out from the trek, the cost of the reservation will not be returned, except in cases of circumstances beyond your control. 

.Remember that it is obligatory the presentation of the confirmed reservatin in the shelter. 

.The non overnight stay in the shelter you reserved, means the loss of the reservation in that shelter, having to pay the whole amount in the shelter where the overnight stay is made.  The organization Horses of the Wind will not be responsible for your situation. 

.Horses of the Wind recommends the contracting of an expert mountain guide, if you don’t have the experience enough. 

.Horses of the Wind and the head office reservations are not responsible for any accident produced during the trek. 

.You must take into account that drinks, food and overnight stay in the shelters are not included in the inscription.
